Method1: make sure you are connected to good wifi:
Check whether you are connected to the good and same wifi.

If this wifi mode is sometimes on in the receiver’s device this problem may occur all you have to do is just go to settings and turn this mode off
(SHAREit > Menu > Settings > Prefer Wi-FI Mode)

Remove and clear all background apps sometimes
These apps may interfere with your signals and disturb the transfers, it’s anyway always good to have no unnecessary apps running in the background so, clear background apps and enjoy uninterrupted service.
Method4: Reverse roles:
Sometimes if you are Unable to scan some receivers or sender’s try reversing the roles of the two devices. Make the sender the receiver and check vice versa.
